The table was four handed, and each player at the table was in to see the board of Q 6 4 J.  Thomas Hoglund led out for 12,000, followed by Bell making the call and Andress raising to 35,000.  Hoglund folded behind and Bell went all in (215,000).  Andress called his all in, and both hands were turned over:

Bell: 6 4 (bottom two pair)              Andress: Q J (top two pair)

The river blanked for Bell and he would be out in 9th place.
