Vinny Napolitano (Williston Park, NY)
18th Place - $20,118
Ben Hamnett opened the pot for 80,000 and watched as the action folded around to Vinny Napolitano. Vinny was short and three bet all-in for his last 380,000, and it folded back to Ben. Hamnett immediately called:
Hamnett: Ah Ad Napolitano: Kd Jd
Flop: As 10d Qs
Turn: 8d
River: 5c
Even though Hamnett flopped top set, Vinny got a super sweat out of his final hand, by flopping a gut shot draw and turning a diamond draw. The river bricked for Vinny and he would be collecting $20,118 for his 18th place finish. Ben Hamnett is now up to 3,800,000.
if this was the case, vinny flopped the nuts?
ReplyDeleteYOU MUST HAVE THE WRONG FLOP, VINNY WOULD HAVE FLOPPED A STRAIGHT !!
ReplyDeleteThe hole cards are not right. Napolitano would have won that with a broadway as stated.
