$200 + $30 Deep Stack No Limit Hold'em (Re-Entry)
With tables breaking, players are randomly assigned to empty seats at the remaining tables.
Cuong Phung (Atlantic City, NJ) has landed at the same table with chip leader Pofuk Ying. Phung happens to be the player that beat Ying heads-up in this event during the Summer Open. Phung took first and $33,573. Now they're sharing the same patch of felt again.
Ying is still the chip leader and just won another big pot.
On the river with a board of T♦7♦3♣
9♣
2♣
, Ying (sb) bet, got one player to fold, then got raised by the player on the button. After giving it some thought, Ying made the call.
His opponent showed pocket 5s. Ying rolled over pocket 9s for a set to take that pot. He's now chipped up to about 820k.
